The trailer I Am Alive Encounters features the main character Adam Collins in the various encounters throughout the game. It shows a few different situations you'll come across, mainly making it a major point that you're not the only one still alive. In which case means there are tons of people who might not quite be so friendly and may attempt to harm you. You'll have to either try to avoid as many people as you can throughout your adventure or take matters into your own hands. Perhaps you'll pull a weapon out and bluff convincingly enough that no violence needs to occur or you'll fail and have to pull the trigger. Maybe you'll take advantage of your surroundings and kick someone into a giant pit. This trailer makes sure you realize the harsh world you'll be enduring in this broken world.
I Am Alive takes place after a destructive earthquake that leaves Chicago in ruins and most of it's population in an unfortunate state as well. Playing the character Adam Collins, you'll have to lead your daughter to safety whilst being noble and helping those still with a bit of sanity left. While exploring the fictional city of Haventon, his hometown, which is now in a disastrous state.
