Cobalt a game developed by Oxeye Game Studios and published by Mojang; the famed creators of Minecraft, release Cobalt! Cobalt can be explained as:
"Cobalt is an awesome platform game featuring several game modes in both local multiplayer and in singleplayer. Cobalt comes with a game editor where players can create their own maps and adventures. Cobalt is ALSO a platform game engine that can be used to create new modes or completely new games."
Cobalt can be bought now even though it's only in Alpha, similar to the way Minecraft was released. Minecraft originally released for a discounted price in Alpha and Beta, then jumped to full price when it released. In Alpha it's starting at $13 which is a 50% discounted price from $26 when it's fully released. The site for Cobalt states several things that can be expected as it progresses from Alpha to Beta to Gold.
