Deus Ex: Human Revolution is an interesting upcoming sequel. It focuses largely on character development choosing whether you'd like to become a stealthy assassin, a guns blazing Rambo, or a hacker. Based on your development you'll be able to handle situations in various different ways. So you may want to look a little into each build before you start picking random choices. Although as IGN says in their article:

"The catch is you can't do everything all at once. Though Deus Ex may look and play like a first-person shooter with cover mechanics, there's a heavy emphasis on character development. This isn't Crysis where you can swap between stealth and armor at will. Instead, the choices you make stick with you.
